What if I can’t receive my one-time password (OTP)?

If you are verifying your phone number on Ninja Dashboard, but cannot receive your OTP, here’s what you can do:


  • Check that you have entered the correct phone number.
  • Try to verify your phone number in an incognito window.
  • If the above two methods didn’t work, contact our shipper support team at shippercare_sg@ninjavan.co to get you sorted.
