How to drop off your parcel

You may drop off your parcel(s) at one of our 800+ Ninja Points island-wide. Find your nearest location here.

Simply pass your parcel(s) to the staff at the Ninja Point, who will scan and register your parcel.

Restrictions on parcel size

Please note that most Ninja Points only accept parcels up to 5kg and 80cm (length + width + height). Selected Ninja Points accept larger parcels - use the 'Filter' function on our map to find these locations.
