How do I edit or cancel orders?
Edit an order
- Go to the order details page via the Tracking page or Order history page.
- Click Edit order. Note that orders can only be edited before they arrive at our sorting hub.
- You may edit the following information:
- Recipient name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Delivery instructions
- Click Save changes.
Cancel an order
- Go to the order details page via the Tracking page or Order history page.
- Click Cancel. Note that orders can only be cancelled before they are picked up by our driver.
- Click Yes, cancel.
Note that the cancelled parcel’s tracking ID cannot be reused.
Return an order to sender
- Go to the order details page via the Tracking page or Order history page.
- Click Stop delivery. Note that orders can only be stopped and returned after they have been picked up by our driver and before they are delivered.
- Enter the return address and select the delivery date and time.
- Click Confirm.
