How do I edit or cancel orders?

Edit an order

  1. Go to the order details page via the Tracking page or Order history page.
  2. Click Edit order. Note that orders can only be edited before they arrive at our sorting hub.
  3. You may edit the following information:
    • Recipient name
    • Contact number
    • Email address
    • Delivery address
    • Delivery instructions
  4. Click Save changes.


Cancel an order

  1. Go to the order details page via the Tracking page or Order history page.
  2. Click Cancel. Note that orders can only be cancelled before they are picked up by our driver.
  3. Click Yes, cancel.


Note that the cancelled parcel’s tracking ID cannot be reused.


Return an order to sender

  1. Go to the order details page via the  Tracking page or Order history page.
  2. Click Stop delivery. Note that orders can only be stopped and returned after they have been picked up by our driver and before they are delivered.
  3. Enter the return address and select the delivery date and time.
  4. Click Confirm.
