Search for individual orders

1. Go to the Tracking page.
2. Enter the tracking ID, name or phone number in the search bar.
3. Click Search.
4. Click on a specific order to view its details.

Search for multiple orders

1. Go to the Tracking page (advanced search).
2. You may choose to filter your orders by:
   • Date created
   • Parcel status
   • Cash on delivery
   • Batch ID
   • CSV or Excel file of tracking IDs.
3. Click Search.
4. Click on a specific order to view its details.
