How do I view the order details and proof of delivery?
- Go to the order details page via the Tracking page or Order history page.
- You may view the:
- Parcel status
- Detailed order history
- Order information
- Recipient information
- Proof of delivery (photographs of the delivery, recipient signature and location) (for completed orders only)
