Our drivers are able to collect payment on behalf of you. 

• You may enter the COD amount to be collected when you create the order.
• You may view the COD collection statuses on Ninja Dashboard.
• COD collected will be consolidated at the end of the month and sent to you via email for verification. The amount will be remitted once the calculations and verification have been completed.

Please note that PayNow is now accepted as a COD payment method. Refer to our COD advisory for more details.

Additional charges

Ninja COD charges a handling fee of $1 or 3% of invoice value, whichever is higher. This will be deducted from the COD amount before it is remitted.
