How do I track my parcel?
You can easily track your parcel using any of the following methods:
Ninja Van Website
1. Visit our tracking page.
2. Enter the tracking ID.
3. The parcel’s last location and estimated delivery time will be displayed.
For Shipper Dashboard users
Individual Orders
1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard and click on ‘Tracking’
2. Provide the delivery name, tracking ID or phone number.
3. Click Search
4. Click on a specific order to view its details
Multiple Orders
1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard and click on ‘Tracking’
2. Click on 'Use Advanced Search'
2. You may choose to filter your orders by:
Date created
Parcel status
Cash on delivery
Batch ID
CSV or Excel file of tracking IDs.
3. Click Search
4. Click on a specific order to view its details
For Ninja Biz users
Order page:
- View a list of your orders that are pending pickup
- The most recent order will appear at the top of the list
- Click on an order to view the full order details
Deliveries page:
- Find a list of all parcels that have been picked up
- Orders are categorised into the following statuses:
- In Transit: The parcel is being handled in our warehouse
- Today's Delivery: The parcel will be received today by the recipient
- Completed: The package has been received by the recipient or sender (if RTS)
- Cancelled: The order has been cancelled by the sender or by Ninja Van
