Airway Bills & Printer Settings

For Shipper Dashboard users

1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard and select ‘Pending Pickup’ or search for the specific tracking ID.

2. Select the tracking ID and click on ‘Print Airway Bill’. 


Please note that the airway bill will contain the following information:

1. Parcel identification information (tracking ID, QR code, bar code)

2. Parcel information (COD/non-COD)

3. Recipient information (address, phone number, name)

4. Shipper information (name, contact no and address)


Set up thermal printer

1. Click on SETTINGS on the left navigation bar 

2. Select IT SETTINGS

3. Under the THERMAL PRINTERS section, click Download Printer App

    The Ninja Van thermal printer app will automatically download

4. Install the Ninja Van thermal printer app

5. Once it's been installed, locate the Ninja Van thermal printer app on your computer and double click on it

6. Login to the Ninja Van thermal printer app using your Ninja Dashboard credentials

7. If it's your first time logging into the Ninja Van thermal printer app, you'll be prompted to provide a name for your printer

    NOTE: Only the following Zebra thermal printers are supported:

   GK888t

   GK420t

   TIP: Give your printer a name that's easy to remember and recognize e.g. Level 1 Printer

8. Select your thermal printer from the list of connected USB devices 

9. Navigate back to Ninja Dashboard > SETTINGS > IT SETTINGS > THERMAL PRINTERS and select the thermal printer that you've set up and connected via the Ninja Van thermal printer


NOTE: To print your airway bills (AWBs) using your thermal printer, select the 7x5 AWB format when printing your AWBs from the Order Confirmation page or Order History page. Upon selecting it, the AWBs will automatically be printed from the thermal printer that you've selected in your IT Settings.


Edit contact information shown on shipping labels/air waybills

1. Go to Address settings.

2. Toggle Show address on my air waybills.


For Ninja Biz users

1. Navigate to the bottom of the page in the Ninja Biz App.

2. Look for the option to print the receipt (located on the right labeled ‘Receipt Number’).

3. You can also choose to download and share a PDF of the receipt.

To do this:

- After order creation, click on the barcode icon at the bottom of the ‘Order Details’ page.

- Select ‘Share PDF’ to download the file.
