How do I edit, cancel or return the order?
For Shipper Dashboard users:
To edit an order using the Shipper Dashboard, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard
2. Click on ‘Order History’
3. Click on desired Tracking ID
4. Click on 'Edit Order'
You may edit the following information:
Recipient name
Contact number
Email address
Delivery address
Delivery instructions
Click Save changes.
Note: Orders can only be edited before they arrive at our sorting hub.
To cancel an order using the Shipper Dashboard, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard
2. Click on ‘Order History’
3. Select the dropdown arrow on the right side of your order and click on ‘View Order’
4. Finally, select ‘Cancel’ to cancel the order
Return an order to sender
1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard
2. Click on ‘Order History’
3. Click on desired Tracking ID
4. Click Stop delivery.
5. Enter the return address and select the delivery date and time.
6. Click Confirm.
Note: Orders can only be stopped and returned after they have been picked up by our driver and before they are delivered.
For Ninja Biz users:
If you’re using the Ninja Biz app and wish to cancel an order, follow these steps:
1. On the app, select ‘Order’
2. Select the tracking ID of the parcel you want to cancel
3. Click on ‘Cancel Order’ located at the top right corner
4. Confirm the cancellation by selecting ‘Yes, cancel’.
Please note that cancellations via Ninja Biz are available only if the parcel has not been picked up by our driver. If the parcel has been picked up, kindly contact the Ninja Van Shipper Support team through any of the alternative channels provided below.
