When can my customers receive their orders?

For Shipper Dashboard users

To track your parcels and view estimated delivery details:

1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard

2. Under ‘Tracking’, search for the tracking ID

3. Click on the selected tracking ID to view the estimated delivery details


For Ninja Biz users

1. Select ‘Shipping’

2. Select ‘On the Way’ or ‘Delivering Today’ as the parcel status

3. Click on the selected tracking ID to view the estimated delivery date in the order details in the ‘Estimated Delivery’ column
