For Shipper Dashboard users

Share the parcel tracking ID with your customers and direct them to our tracking page:

For Ninja Biz users

Share the tracking link with your customers following these steps

1. Select ‘Orders’ or ‘Delivery’

2. Click the ‘magnifying glass’ icon in the upper right corner to find your order and click on it

3. Locate the ‘Share’ button by swiping down

4. Click ‘Share’ to send the parcel tracking link with your customers via SMS or WhatsApp
