Why was my order cancelled/returned to sender?

Parcel cancellations or return to sender statuses may occur for various reasons:


1. Our driver may have made several unsuccessful delivery attempts

2. Parcel declared missing* (*Cancelled only)

3. Inaccurate address provided

4. Parcel found to contain dangerous goods

5. Overweight parcel

6. Delivery zone out of coverage
