How do I track my parcel?
You can easily track your parcel using any of the following methods:
Ninja Van Website
1. Visit our tracking page.
2. Enter the tracking ID
3. The parcel’s last location and estimated delivery time will be displayed.
For Ninja Dashboard users
1. Log in to the Ninja Dashboard and click on ‘Tracking’.
2. Provide the tracking ID, recipient name, or contact number.
Alternatively, use the advanced search feature to track bulk or multiple orders.
