CNY 2025: NINJA VAN ORDER CUT-OFF DATES
To ensure your parcels reach their destination on time for the Chinese New Year celebrations, please take note of the cut-off dates:

Key Information to Note:
- Cut-off Dates: Shipments made after these dates will be delivered on a best-effort basis, so we recommend posting your parcels as early as possible to avoid delays.
- Delivery Hold Period: From 29 January 2025, all deliveries will be paused for the Chinese New Year celebrations to allow our team to celebrate the festive season with their loved ones.
- Resumption of Services: Our operations will fully resume on 31 January 2025, and we’ll prioritize the delivery of parcels to ensure minimal disruption.
