Is last mile delivery available for international deliveries?

Yes! We offer international last mile delivery to our Pro clients. If you simply wish to make a one-off order or ship exclusively overseas, you might prefer our international delivery service instead.

How long does last mile delivery typically take?

For deliveries within West Malaysia, our standard delivery timeline is 3 days.

For deliveries to East Malaysia, our standard delivery timeline is between 5 to 7 days.

For international deliveries, please speak to one of our customer care agents via NinjaChat or enquire directly with your dedicated account manager.

Can I track my delivery in real-time?

Yes! All our deliveries have a unique tracking ID and are trackable in real-time. You can simply check via our tracking page, via the NinjaChat SNS channel or through our shipper dashboard, Ninja Dashboard.

Are there options for expedited delivery?

Yes, we offer next-day delivery for shippers requiring express delivery. There will be an additional charge so please check with our sales team on the specific cost.
