Time is of the essence! Report the damage to our awesome Customer Service Ninjas within 30 days from the status: "Delivery Successful”. Think of them as ninja detectives; they'll need your help to crack the case.
Gather your intel! Provide an unpackage video and snap clear photos that have the tracking ID of the damage from all angles (inside and out) and note down the item's brand, and quantity.
