I did not receive my parcel, but the order status shows 'Delivery Successful'. What should I do?
Don't panic just yet! Here’s what you can do before contacting our Customer Service Ninjas:
- Did a friendly neighbour or family member accept the parcel on your behalf? Check if someone else signed for it.
- Is your delivery address accurate? Check that you’ve entered the correct address.
- If it's a work or condo address, check with security or reception. They might be holding on to your package.
Still can't locate your package? Contact our Customer Service Ninjas within 30 days to launch an investigation. To help our ninja detectives crack the case, provide the following intel:
- Tracking ID
- Brand of the item(s)
- Quantity
Note: Reports need to be submitted within 30 days of the status: "Delivery Successful”. Our ninja detectives are swift (3-5 business days).
