Frequently asked questions (FAQs)


How many days will it take to deliver my parcel?

  • To Singapore: Within 3 working days
  • To West Malaysia: Within 6 working days
  • To East Malaysia: Within 9 working days
  • To Manila, Philippines: Within 6 working days
  • To the rest of the Philippines: Within 11 working days

For pickup orders, note that orders created before 10pm will be picked up the next working day. Orders created after 10pm will be picked up the working day after. Pickup timings are Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 10pm.

Where can I ship to?

We deliver to Singapore (except the restricted zones), Malaysia and the Philippines with Ninja Flexi.

Can I ship internationally with Ninja Flexi?

Yes, you can! You can currently ship to Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) and the Philippines, with Ninja Flexi.

Are there any limits or prohibited items when sending with Ninja Flexi?

Weight and size limits are as follows:

  • For Singapore: Less than 3kg and less than 80cm (length + width + height).
  • For Malaysia: Less than 5kg and less than 80cm (length + width + height).

You cannot send the following products:

  • Items that are not completely sealed in an external packaging.
  • Perishable items, such as food and living products.
  • Valuable items, such as credit or ATM cards, or cash.
  • Irreplaceable documents, such as written drafts, certificates, or passports.

How do I edit my orders?

Kindly reach out to shippercare_sg@ninjavan.co for assistance if you wish to make any amendments to the order. Operating hours are from 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday), 9am-1pm (Saturday).

Can I cancel my order?

No, you cannot cancel your Ninja Flexi order once it has been created. Please note that all orders created are non-refundable.

Can I get a refund?

All Ninja Flexi orders that have been created are non-refundable.

How do I get the shipping label / air waybill?

Upon making payment, the shipping label will be sent to the sender email that has been provided. Please print the shipping label and attach it securely and clearly on the external packaging of your parcel.

If you didn’t receive your shipping label, please check your email’s spam or junk folder. If you need further assistance, please reach out to shippercare_sg@ninjavan.co. Operating hours are from 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), and 9am to 1pm (Saturday).

If you are using a pre-printed shipping label, please note that you do not need to print any additional labels.

I don’t have a printer to print the shipping label, what do I do?

No worries, we have a printless parcel delivery solution for you! Simply order our pre-printed shipping labels for free. They’ll be delivered to your doorstep within 3 working days. Once you have received it, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Scan the QR code on the top left of the shipping label to enter your mailing details online.*
  2. Make an online payment easily with major credit cards.
  3. Attach the shipping label securely to the external packaging of your parcel.
  4. Drop your parcel off at a nearby Ninja Point. Find your nearest Ninja Point here.

* Note: Each shipping label has a unique QR code. Use this QR code to submit the mailing details, so that the details can be tagged to the label. Please do not use any other links to create the order.
