1. Protecting Temperature Precision

The chocolates’ delicate nature required an unbroken cold chain, with temperatures consistently held at 15-18°C. Reefer containers were pre-checked to verify functionality and real-time monitoring was deployed throughout the week-long sea journey. This ensured immediate intervention if any temperature fluctuations were detected.

2. Streamlined Reefer Coordination

By aligning vessel schedules with cargo readiness, we minimized handling risks and ensured timely transit. Storage timelines at the Container Freight Station (CFS) were strategically managed to avoid unnecessary charges, keeping costs under control while maintaining operational efficiency.

3. Simplifying Customs Clearance

Navigating the strict Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements was critical to ensuring smooth delivery. We managed all declaration permits and GST payments on the client’s behalf, enabling a hassle-free, delay-free clearance into Singapore.
