For Ninja Biz app users:

1. Log-in to Ninja Biz App

2. Select ‘Get Price Estimate’

3. Provide the pickup and delivery destination and select ‘Get Estimate’

4. The estimated shipping rates will be displayed

For Ninja Dashboard users:

1. Log-in to Ninja Dashboard

2. Select ‘Create order’

3. Provide the pickup and delivery destination and select ‘Get Estimate’

4. The estimated shipping rates will be displayed

For shippers with an account manager, please refer to your account manager for your rate card.

The delivery cost will be calculated based on the following factors:

- Parcel size (Height x Width x Length)

- The type of service

- Additional fees may apply if there is a change of address

You will be charged based on either the parcel weight or volume, whichever is higher. The rounding policy is as follows:

- For parcels with a decimal weight less than 0.3kg, it will be rounded down (e.g. 1.29kg will be calculated as 1kg)

- For parcels with a decimal weight equal to or greater than 0.3kg, it will be rounded up (e.g. 1.32kg will be calculated as 2kg).
