What is the pickup hours?

Pickup hours are between 9am - 7pm local time, with a same-day pickup cut-off at 2pm local time. If you create an order before 2pm, it will be picked up on the same day. Otherwise, it will be scheduled for the next day. 

For Shipper Dashboard users

1. Log in to the Ninja Dashboard

2. Select ‘Order History’

3. Track a specific batch of orders in this menu or download error orders for rectification

There is a minimum surcharge of RM3 (before SST) for pickups of less than 3 parcels per trip.

For Ninja Biz users

To view upcoming/successfully picked up parcels:

1. Select ‘Orders’

2. Your next pickup will be displayed, along with the pickup time and address

3. Click to view all upcoming pick-ups and details of each pick-up

If you do not have any upcoming pickups, you will see the status of the last pick-up shown as ‘successful’ or ‘failed.

Ninja Van parcel pickup area covers all major provinces in Malaysia. However, there are certain areas where we do not provide pickup service.
