What are Ninja Packs?
Ninja Packs are a hassle-free and value-for-money solution for parcel deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia. They are flat-rate, prepaid poly mailers and boxes that have no weight limit!
What are the sizes, dimensions and prices of Ninja Packs?
Ninja Packs are available in four sizes (XS, S, M Lite & M) - regular and padded versions. We also have boxes (XS, S & M)!
What is the weight limit for each size?
There is no weight limit! Ninja Packs are all-you-can-fit. Fill them up as much as you like - if you can seal it, we’ll deliver it! Please follow our packing guidelines to ensure the safe and smooth delivery of your parcels.

What are the payment methods to purchase Ninja Packs?
Ninja Van Malaysia accepts debit cards, credit cards and selected e-Wallets that are supported by iPay88.
I would like to purchase Ninja Packs, how much do I need to pay for it to be delivered to my doorstep?
Thank you for purchasing Ninja Packs! Our doorstep delivery fees are as follows:
- RM8 for purchases between RM0 - RM0.99
- RM5 for purchases between RM1 - RM29.99
- RM2 for purchases between RM30 - RM99.99
- Free delivery for purchases above RM100
When will you ship my Ninja Pack order?
Orders made before 1.00PM on a working day (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 1.00PM will be shipped the next working day.
How long do I have to wait to receive them?
Thank you for your patience! You will receive your Ninja Packs within 1 - 3 working days.
I accidentally bought the wrong size of Ninja Packs, can I get an exchange or refund?
Unfortunately, refunds and exchanges are not allowed for Ninja Packs.
Can I purchase a bundle with different sized Ninja Packs?
We apologise for the inconvenience, however we don’t offer mixed-size bundles. Ninja Packs are only available individually or in same-sized bundles.
Which areas can Ninja Packs be delivered to?
Ninja Packs can be delivered to all destinations in Peninsular Malaysia with the following exceptions:

Do I need to write anything on the Ninja Pack?
No, only the information provided on Ninja Dash during the order creation process is used. However, we do recommend including the recipient’s basic information on the Ninja Pack for you and your recipient’s reference.
Do I need to print out an air waybill/consignment note to use Ninja Packs?
No, Ninja Packs do not require an airway bill/consignment note. Only the QR code on the packs will be used for sorting and delivery.
Can I send goods outside of Malaysia with Ninja Packs?
No, Ninja Packs are exclusively for domestic deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia. For international deliveries, you can find out more at our International Deliveries page.
Do Ninja Packs expire?
Yes, every Ninja Pack comes with an expiry date. It’s 12 months from the date of purchase.
