What are your rates?

Due to the many variables involved in freight forwarding like item type, transport and currency exchange rates, we are unable to provide standardised rates for all orders.

Are there any restrictions on goods?

Ninja Freight team’s network can arrange shipping for almost any product type. Simply let us know what you wish to ship via the contact form and we will get back to you with a quote and the recommended freight mode and route.

What happens if my cargo is lost, damaged or delayed?

Please be assured that all our shipments come with insurance coverage. In general, the goods will be covered up to a certain percentage of the cargo value.
