While we don't recommend leaving your parcel unattended, if you absolutely can't wait for our driver, please choose a very secure location on your property. It's important to note that leaving your parcel unattended is entirely at your own risk.

To ensure our driver can easily identify your package, please include the return tracking ID you’ve received from your seller. Think of it as a special code that lets them know exactly who they're picking up from! If you're returning multiple items, each one should have its own unique tracking ID.
