We offer the following services in Ninja Van Philippines:

• Standard delivery. Delivery within 1 to 3 working days within Metro Manila, and 5 to 10 working days outside of Metro Manila.
• Next-day delivery. Delivery within 1 working day. Parcels sent through this service will be received by the consignee the next day after successful pickup. This is applicable only for Metro Manila and GMA orders.

Delivery Time Slots

A standard delivery timing shall fall under an open time slot between 9 AM to 10 PM. All services include:

• Pickup from the sender’s designated location
• Three (3) delivery attempts to the recipient / designated destination (Note: 2 delivery attempts only for Ninja Pack shippers)
• Email and SMS notifications to both the sender and recipient
